Hey Mikka… I wouldn’t doubt it if she did talk, but the reports we’re seeing now seems to portray her as a reluctant witness….so, it’s difficult to say what’s going to unfold…. this case is soooo strange anything could happen – and it generally does!!!!!!
Isn’t that funny. I have listened to his programme quite a bit. I always thought he was a she, but not so. His programme is pretty good, and he gets great guests.

George told Skye about the “accident that snowballed” in November of 2008, BEFORE Caylee’s remains were found. A few days after Caylee’s remains were found, he texts Skye to tell her he needs her. What a cad!

Gosh, I saw that too. I really can’t begin to understand what is really going on here, there’s a lot of confusion:
1). I believe that George did have the affair, and i believe the woman is for real,
2) I believe that he could be lying to her when he said accident that snowballed, or he believed then it was an accident. It all depends on the timing of his statement, and for how long he kept it up. For instance, I wonder if, after the body was discovered, did he still say “accident”?
3). I am unsure about the whole cover up idea; I believe that the Judge did have an in-camera hearing on it and found nothing objectionable,
4) I just read that the state wants to revisit the indigence question and the money trail…. it seems they are listening to the same thing we are. So, if that’s true, then perhaps Hornsby is right, and the money is really a problem for Baez.
5). I think Baez could be in trouble.
6). I read (cant remember where!) that it could be that Lyon said to him: ‘Look you gotta have a way to pay for this, Baez – Casey needs to be declared indigent so we can cover out costs – a DP case is NOT cheap.’
so, that’s what I believe at this moment – now, something may come around and change that – most likely that will happen! 🙂
