Oh yes, Judge Perry has been busy! He is wasting no time, ordering hearings on motions, requesting witness lists, deposition schedules.

The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that there is a hearing this afternoon in the defamation lawsuit brought by Zenaida Gonzalez.

Andrea-I also read on Kreuzer’s Korner that ZFG is appearing in court this afternoon. I will let you know if it is going to be aired on CourtTV.
I am so pleased that Mr Kronk’s involvement may be eliminated come trial time. That’s how I look at teh Kronk Motions. Do you see it the same way?
Hi Boston.. Oh yes, if the prosecution can keep Kronk out of this (off the defense’s possible suspect list) it will be wonderful. I do think that LE was very forthcoming with the info about kronk and the mistakes they made leading up to finding little Caylee.
Andrea-Over a t Kreuzer’s Snoopsleuth put up the link for WFTV. I watched and really didn;t see much but two men speaking with the judge. Kathi B was there so I would think she will say something on the evening news.
Hope that Spring cold is gone. I had godawful l. infection and I am doing great the last couple of days. We have much warmer and dryer days.

Yeap, I’m feeling good! Been busy with my company…went out to lunch with two friends that I haven’t seen for a few years but who I was on tour with 21 years ago! It was fun to walk down memory lane!
